finally PPR mail, came yesterday evening Canada time (23rd Jan) and i just saw it first thing when i woke up :)

Question : I am from a VISA exempt country, i dont see any places activated on cic website to upload passports....anyone from visa exempt country who got PPR and can guide ( may be i am looking on wrong screens)

thanks guys, this forum has been of great help and without it i wouldnt have managed to file my own application. It has been a long ride, 5 years in Canada then had to leave as LMIA got rejected and then this whole EE cycle with scores keeping high up since i made EE profile. I hope things would improve from here and we settle fast when we go back....the mail has yet not sunk in :)

All the best for other applicants, i am sure your PPRs are coming very soon.

Congratulations ! Good luck for the future !

thanks, but in my case it doesnt show any place to upload a document :( may be i would raise a technical support case.

one question, are you in canada or outside? the spreadsheet says your country of residence as Canada. I thought your were inland.

And your signature shows your BGIP and PPR in 2016, :P

Well done and congratulations. Very fast stamping! See you in ON INSHALLAH or probably earlier too

CEC - outland. And thanks for pointing signature error...corrected now.

though still struggling to find where to upload docs, have created a technical ticket now.

When I first tried to submit my eAPR I found that the upload face-let/option for the LoE had disappeared.

I had to log out, clear my cache and reboot to get it back again. It may have been a coincidence but you could try that, clear cache and reboot se if you get the option to upload then.

thanks, tried this but this is only for GCKey related login issues. They pointed me to questions@cic.gc.ca....which i dont believe would be any faster. Is there a CIC helpline for people calling from outside canada? i found one helpdesk number but that is tied to Canada callers only.

@Donald Trump Thank you so much, my mistake, took about a month from medical to get my PPR. However, it only stayed as BG in progress for a week before PPR, never went back to anything else, still says in progress.

Also guys, I believe France is a visa waived country since we required the ETA to travel to Canada, so this means i gotta send the copies of my passport but there is no placeholder for me to upload my documents, is that normal? Does it mean I should just mail the photocopies along with the pictures or should i raise a ticket? Thanks so much again for all your help everyone !

I know might be this question is weird but why people are so exited after Medical passed, Background: In progress, what does it mean?
