when and how will we know which visa office has been assigned to process our application ?

Hello Guys,

I know its a loaded question but I am a little concerned as to why 9th November's AOR candidates have no movements at all so far?

I submitted the application on 16 Nov and ME passed on 23 Nov. However, my BG is always Not Started. Is there anyone has the same problem?

Guys, BG checks move at different paces and in different patterns for different people.

Check this post from ppahuja where he explains when the file is transferred to LVO -

RPRF request is usually sent post initial document validation (R10) is done at centralised office. So, it may take more time for some cases depending upon the case officer aligned to your application.
Regarding your question on non submission of visa pages as part of eAPR - not sure why you did not upload those as you must have if you have read the guidelines carefully. Nonetheless, please go ahead and share all your non blank pages via CSE to avoid rejection later.

File transfer to local VO happens post R10 (your BG changes from not started to not needed at this time) usually. You can order GCMS notes after 3 months of your AOR to know application status & progess.

Good Luck!!

Like he says above, if you have the BG status as "Not Needed at this time" for the second time (changes from Not Started), this means that the R10 (and probably A11.2) is complete and the file is ready to be transferred to the LVO.

For inland applicants, the BG takes a different route from what I see (like NN --> IP or NN --> NS --> IP). It is worth noting that alya2905 is the only outland applicant whose BG went directly to IP.

You can order GCMS notes after 3 months (or after 2 months bare minimum) to check the R10/A11.2 status and other aspects of your file (like Security/Criminality decision etc).

Raj,

Please update by BG Check status changed to In Progress on 25th Nov. Was a bit lazy to report it early.

hello friends

I am pnp nominated.

I have 3+ year full time work experience and 1 year part time experience.
during my pnp i claimed points for both experience( full time + part time)

now in eapr cic mention we can claim maximum points only for 3 year work experience.

i mention my current&regular work in main work experience tab and rest of part time mention in background section.

today i read about A11.2 where they check PNP eligibility + FSW.

please tell me is it any problem that i mention my part time experience in only background section?

Hey Guys,

Is CEC the slowest moving category?
