Also, any other applicant from pakistan who has applied for EE now or who has already got PR under EE stream ?

Guys, my question got lost in the previous pages... Maybe someone knows when approximately (after eAPR) they send an application to the designated visa center?

Thanks, Raj. So as I see it usually takes several months to get your file transferred to the "local" visa office.
Do you happen to know starting from which stage the application is reviewed only by "local" visa officers? Is it after the review of eligibility?

System is temporarily down
I am trying since 19th Nov, giving me same error since then. As soon as I reach to pay option I get an error.
I am thinking it might be because of new updates enforced on Nov 19

I am also trying to pay (PR + RPRF Fees) from 19-Nov-16. After uploading the documents when you click on "Transmit & Pay", the error occurs. Techincal query has been raised on CIC site and Web form has also been mailed.

I feel we all have no option but to wait for CIC site to work properly. Have 17 days left to pay the fee after which 60 days deadline is over.

I got my ITA on 2nd November,, CEC Inland, OINP nomination, As soon as i reach transmit and pay option to submit the application. It says Server error... not able to submit the application since last 2 days... any opinion what to do... ???

1) I am trying to pay fees from 19-Nov-16 and have raised 9 online Technical Queries- None answered.
2) My brother who is canadian resident called to CIC as we cannot call from any other counrty- They stated that the Site is working fine.
3) I have written to Ministry of Immigration and raised Web Form- Answer is awaited.
4) Raised the matter to Ministry of Immigration through Twitter- Answer Awaited. However, few replied that they too are facing problem after "Transmit & Pay" option.
5) Finally, I am going to wait for few more day, after which I have asked my brother to visit CIC Office in Ontario and pay the fees ( PR + RPRf) from there office- Which is possible.

I will update if I receive reply for my mails.

site is working fine, I tried today and payment got processed.
Can you try only PR fees (without RPRF)

Hi,

I think that the same cannot be changed, as initially all OINP applicants were asked to pay PR + RPRF fees simaltaneously as this will speed up the process. So i has selected both, after which all documents were uploaded. And when finally, I click on "Transmit & Pay" button, the error occurs. However, if the option to pay cannot be changed, kindly guide if its possible.

Note: 1) All browser have been tried (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explored, Safari etc)- None resolves the error.

Strange thing that i just noticed in my account.

My application data that is being shown as TRANSMITTED is open for me to edit and change.

Does this happen with everyone who has submitted his e-APR to cic and paid for it ?

You can still view the forms but you would not be able to edit them. If you see a red locked icon and the status says "Transmitted", you are good to go!

How will we know when our meds gets passed status ?

Do we get a ghost email that our profile has been updated ?

Not really. I didn't get any. I used to check it alternate days.

Yes. You might get an e-mail when there are status changes. However, I got mine very late (24 hours after the update). I would advise applicants to check the status in myCIC account regularly irrespective of whether you receive e-mails or not.

Added. Any idea when your BG change from Not started --> Not Needed at this time?

Sorry I have no idea when that happened! I think it probably was in the first few days... I was focusing on the meds passing. ;-)

Can you post here what you see if you click question sign "?" of the right of "Final decision Not Started"
in your Profile status in CIC.

My medicals are now "Passed" and Background check is "In Progress". Both Nov 25. It has taken 3 weeks to get the medicals to pass.
