Urgent question! need help

Hi guys. I have a situation. I received ITA on 16th November under CEC catagory and I presently in Canada on work permit. Gathered all documents except for medicals. Suddenly I have to go to India. My query-
1. Can I undergo medical in India? and submit the application from there?
2. Would my PCC for India be invalid once I enter India or I can live for some time and go back to Canada?
So in essence, can I get medical from India if I live in Canada and applying in CEC, and PCC would be valid?
Pls. help, as I do not want to miss the chance but I have to go to India.

Yes

I believe you might need a new PCC from India, IMO.

Pls. help, as I do not want to miss the chance but I have to go to India.

It is not mandatory but you can submit those documents in the LOE section. There is no separate placeholders for your nomination certificate and LOE.

I attached my nomination certificate in LoE. Should I still expect Schedule 4 in your opinion?

Every provincial nominee has to submit a Schedule 4. If you have not submitted it along with your e-APR, you will be requested to submit it at a later point in time.

Thanks.

Great Thread! I'm a FSW outland from Brazil.

ITA - Oct 19th
E-APR sent - Nov 12th
AOR - Nov 13th
Medicals passed - Nov 15th
Additional Documents required - Nov 22nd
Additional Documents sent - Nov 22nd

They asked for an LOE from a specific period for my Husband (spouse) and an IMM 5562E form (Travel Form).

Application is as follows today:
Application/profile status - Open
Review of eligibility - Review in Progress
Review of medical results - Passed
Review of submitted documents - Provided
Scheduling an interview - Not needed at this time
A background check is needed - Not needed at this time
Final decision - Not Started

Got really nervous because of additional documents being required monday. Hope it is fine now.

what does this mean ?

It means at this time, they do not need to do a background check because they have not gotten around to you yet. Once they do, your background check will start.

If I have provided my Indian & Canadian (RCMP) PCC, nomination letter and medical upfront, would my processing time be shorter?

i Guys,

I have one question regarding our status in Canada. We have got AOR on Nov 18 under CEC. Both me and my wife were on workpermit here (I had a closed WP and my wife had an openWP). These were expiring on May 31, 2016.On May 27, 2016 my wife's company applied for her LMIA application and simultaneously applied for her WP and my visitor visa. These were paper based application with a processing time of 100 days. This was done so that by the time WP application is processed there would be an answer for the LMIA application and we would be able to stay here on implied status. My wife's LMIA was approved in August and she got her WP in september. It says that the WP is in force from September 15, 2016. Similarly my visitor record is in force from October 10, 2016. Smy question is that we dont have anything to show for our status from May 31, 2016 till Sept 15, 2016 for my wife and Oct 10, 2016 for me. Can this create any problem for our application now? We did not write anything for this missing period when we were on implied status. Is there anything that I can or should do now or I should just wait and watch.

Cheers,
Anshul
