Hi Raj, I think you can help. I am an MPNP paper base applicant ( Close relative in Manitoba).
MPNP received: 31/12/2015
Paper based application done: 01/02/2016
Received by CIC: 08/02/2016
1st AOR: 30/03/2016
2nd AOR: 14/04/2016(NDVO )
Medical Request: 14/12/2016
Medical done: 17/12/2016
Medical updated in system: around 09/02/2017
Background went in progress: from 03/12/2017.
Generally for NDVO PPR letter comes within a week, or max 2 weeks, still no communication received from NDVO. in some forum I have read that after background went in progress, they sent rejection. please suggest.

Hi Guys!

Here is my timeline:

Here is my full timeline:

PNP Invitation: June 2016
PNP Approved: September 2016
ITA: September 7th, 2016
AOR: November 4th, 2016
Background changed: 1st (December 2016) 2nd (February 2017)
No additional documents required
PPR: Soon...

So, I called CIC this morning, I called everyday, but when I call them everyday, it's only the automatically answering machine. But, today as usual, I give them a try again, and they put me thru to talk to an agent. I waited 30 mins on the phone.

Then an agent talked to me after verified all the information. Then she told me my aplication is finalized, and everything is fine, they are printing out the letter and will send it to me before May 09, 2017...

I fell happy myself eventhough I've not got the email yet, but that's a big piece peace of mind. I'm sharing this to anyone have the same experience with me may wanna try it or may give them a peace of mind too.

Peace !

Printing? Which Letter?

PPR is automatically generated...they do not Print anything

This is mentioned PPR

PS: THIS IS A VALID COMPUTER GENERATED LETTER AND DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY SIGNATURE.

Yeah, that's the part I'm not sure why they say printing too. Not sure what she refer to. But, I'm sure she said it's been approved and finalized.

1. i submitted experience certificate and a reference letter for the two posts i held in the company
2. the company does have a website which is currently under maintenance so not available online for approx 2 months now
3. the company is registered but i dont have a PF accnt.
4. due to cash payment from the company i do not have any tax documents showing the company name
and yes i do have company appointment letter and a promotion letter, do you think those will help?
Not trying to be rude, but did you pay tax? Given that it's cash payment, you or/and your employer most likely do not pay tax and you wonder why they called your experience letter fraudulent?
Correct me if I'm wrong, though

Are pay stubs required? If I remember it right, it says you can include pay stubs if you have them. So it is not a requirement. I am a bit worried because I haven't uploaded any pay stubs although all of the details required are in my reference letters.
Pay stubs are not required as far as I'm concerned, although it wouldn't hurt to attach it along with the reference letter.
But pay stubs are very useful for cases like this, where you are asked to prove that your work experience is legit.

Hey does someone here have any idea how long it takes to receive the PPR after your application has been "finalized" by the case processing officer? I thought it would be the same day unless they wait to send out emails in large batches

It seems like they do it in batches. I received my GCMs notes a few days after I received my PPR. It showed in the last note that my application had been finalized on the 22nd of Feb, and on the same day, my BGC changed to IP for the second time. However, I received my PPR on the 4th of April.
