Please il like some clarity on this matter, I sent a mail to CIC indicating that I got married after Aor, and i got the response below. My question is this? Should I upload the documents for my wife only? or am I supposed to upload the documents of both of us. I am asking because of the tone of the mail. Eg should I submit two different Schedule A (IMM 5669) documents, 2 Additional Family Info IMM5645, 2 Police certificate etc.

what is the different between
Eligibility: Recommend passed VS Eligibility: passed
does it mean if Eligibility: Recommend passed than a11.2 is still not cleared?
Hi Sammoe, sammoe said:You might use a friend's address for CIC to mail the PR card to. And then ask him/her to mail it to you in your home country by FedEx or something reliable because you cannot lose it.
Otherwise, you will need a PR travel document:

Recommendations are done by case analysts.
Decisions are made by immigration officers.
My previous employer tried this. I asked them to show my their policy on providing references for immigration, which of course they did not have. Their policy only applied to people applying for new jobs. So therefore, I was able to highlight that providing the required reference did not go against company policy, so they had to provide it. Sometimes you just have to be as awkward and difficult as they are!samirachugh01 said:Hi
Neither of my current or previous employer is ready to give me the experience certificate containing details required in specifications. All are saying that the company policy doesn't permit it. Appointment letter and relieving letter is all I have.
Is there any way out? I heard for such cases, I can attach the same two letters as above and give an affidavit. Is anyone aware of this affidavit or any other way out? Please help.
You are right. If you are travelling by "private vehicle" from US via road, COPR is enough, I think. But we might want to check with CIC to be suresodapop123 said:Hi Sammoe,
i believe there is one exception.... if one is returning from US via road (in personal/rental car i.e. 'private vehicle') to Canada, then PRTD is not mandatory. Instead the same signed COPR (used for initial landing) can be re-used for entering without PR card in hand second time around.
I am still not 100% sure on this and have posted trying to find out more to confirm my understanding..... just wanted to share here as it was being discussed in case you have knowledge on this to add/confirm/correct me ?
thanks !

ACTIVITY - 6
SUB ACTIVITY - 11.2 -EE MI
filed name - status
New value - REVIEW Required -
It depends on who updated this and what date it was updated. Is it system or case analyst? Review required usually means they want the officer at the LVO to take a very good look at your A11.2 requirements. If it was later updated as passed, then you have nothing to worry about.
ACTIVITY - 15
SUB ACTIVITY - RCMP Screening
filed name - status
New value - No reportable trace
this means you have no criminal history
ACTIVITY - 23
SUB ACTIVITY - Biographic
filed name - status
New value - NRT
this means your biographic data did not match any person of interest, or whatever United States system they searched your biographic information in. This is usually requested from the U.S. Of A. So you are clear here!
