By mistake, I selected answer No to the following question because I am on ICT WP and I got WP/VISAs multiple times from Canada before

Has ABC applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before

I have submitted a CSE via https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx with all personal details and explained all details in your enquiry to make that correction to Yes.
Do I need to do anything else other than CSE to correct the wrong answer to Yes, will IRCC accept this change and any idea how would they accept it?

IMO COPR never expire, your passport's expiry date is key, please be aware that PR visa cannot be extended.Gunners said:
Further, COPR is your legal doc required from your landing till pensions in Canada. This is from my work experience as I have reviewed mandatory doc section codes for a Comp in Canada.

The expiry date on the COPR would be the date your medical exam expires OR the date your current passport expires, whichever comes first. The validity of the visa (and subsequently) the COPR cannot be beyond the expiry date of your current passport. Once you land, your COPR is stamped and this stamped COPR is a very important document AFAIK.Esha Sri said:
Yes, COPR is an important document - it is a proof of landing and can be used to avail a variety of services like getting a SIN, opening a bank account, applying for utilities etc. While applying for citizenship in Canada, you have to carry this document along AND the PR card to the ceremony. Once you are a citizen, I suppose this document (and the PR card) is to be handed over to IRCC.
You can file a sponsorship application for your parents even as soon as you are in Canada if you meet the eligibility criteria.Gunners said:

Alternatively, for the purpose of quick family re-unification, you can apply for a "Super Visa" for your parents and if approved, they can come to Canada and stay with you for a period of 2 years at a time. I suppose you can sponsor your parents and then apply for a super visa so that they can spend some time with you in Canada (while their PR application is being processed).
