Hey! I'm also with Warsaw vo. AOR 10 Feb, file transferred to Warsaw May 29. No news since then. I tried to contact them but they replied me to contact Sydney vo. I called Sydney and they said file in Warsaw. I don't know why there's a delay. Waiting for 3rd set of gcms notes! Have you tried contacting Warsaw?

I received my GCMS notes today. It reveals that its in Security Screening from 14 JUNE 2017. I submitted my application on 07 December 2016. I hope it will be cleared soon. Eligibility is passed, education, experience and criminality sections are passed.

IRCC has requested us to provide step child's medical examination docs, however the child is estranged from us. So we will not be able to get the medical docs at any cost. We have already provided legal sole custody letter to IRCC and they provided the exemption form to us while stating that we need to submit docs for Humanitarian & Compassionate Grounds regardless of custodial letters. Other parent of the step child has sole custody and we have no contact with them past 5 years. IRCC is saying they will now take decision based on H&C docs and this category is reserved only for very exceptional cases.

We are yet to submit H&C docs, our PR case was lodged in Dec 2016. Can anyone advise anything on this issue and also what is the probability of approval in such cases? Has anyone ever encountered these kind of concerns lately?

I contacted Warsaw office 2 times and got responses that my case is still under review (23.05 and 27.07)
What is your country of origin ? Don`t understand why they asked you to contact Sydney...Usually it is head office in Ottawa and then local VO, as far as I know.
I have not ordered any GCMS notes...so dont know what is my exact status (

I'm Russian, currently live in Israel. There's also a guy on Russian forum about Canada whose vo is Warsaw and he was also sent to contact Sydney. No idea why. According to my gcms Sydney finished all the work on my file on May 26 and on May 29 sent it to Warsaw. As of July 25 they haven't opened my file. How do you contact Warsaw? But they are answering quite slow, takes around 2 weeks...
