I believe there have been candidates whose BG stayed at NA until PR. The BG IP1 and IP2 are observed for the majority of the PNP-I applications but not for all.

Yes, BG IP1 changed to N/A in end of Feb or March...Cannot recall exactly.

Btw, I have just seen a new field: Biometrics: We do not need your fingerprints, we will send you a messages if this changes. Is it reaaly something new or it's because that I didn't pay attention to that field?

I called the CIC now and the agent told me to raise the issue using IRCC webform. very much scary now as i have waited so long now and any additional document at this time,then thats it.

I just called as well, the person I talked to so rule, and he didn't even asked me the case number, he just say :well everything you can see on your cic login, nothing I could tell you more..."
I waited for like 30 min, I think it really depends on person. some other caller told me they got many info. how the appliantion goes.
