Hi guys,

I just renewed my passport and get a new one today.
What's the email address I should use to send my new info to CIC?
Or I should call them first and they will provide me an email address?

Thanks

You can raise a CSE and submit the documents.

The processing time is 30 days. Wait for 30 days - you should get it unless they have a reason for the delay. If you don't, then the link to followup is available in the initial e-mail they send us.

Click on "View Submitted application" link and cic provides an option there to upload

I have just received a message from CIC saying that my employment letter is fraudulent. they have given me 30 days to submit relevant documents otherwise my application may be rejected.

Can anyone help me understand why they think the letter is fraudulent?? how does CIC verify experience letters?

Did you get Fraudulent Letter? If no, need not to worry! ::)

Send your payslips, contract letter and Income Tax documents. It might be they have called your employer and someone there said that they haven't given any such document. Moreover, could you please send the image of the email received by CIC

Was your BG in Progress? What stage you are at?

Guys why there is no movement with PNP inland apps. I see there is 21 PPR for applicants applied in Feb 2017. This wait is frustrating

Hi Piracha123,

Its very unfortunate to hear this news, you should and can fight back if all your documents are genuine, In my opinion along with all other relative documents as mentioned in above post by Saudamini , write up a letter in defence of your experience letter and get it reattested by your manager or HR , whoever signed it in first time. BEST OF LUCK man!!

Dont Worry you will be thru from all this mess successfully.

Also Please share your timeline to better understand the situation.

Regards

the CIC message was titled "procedural fairness", but they have written in the letter that they have concerns that employment letter is fraudulent.

Well Looks like they have reviewed your file for a while and when they open it suddenly puts up an objection.
Have you checked with your employer (under objection) if there's any emails they received from CIC for confirmation on your Exp. Letter.
What does your GCMS notes says ? if you ordered them.
