Thats good to know - thanks for answering :)

I guess going by the looks of it NDVO appears to be on some sort of hiatus.

Congrats Foodie!!

Are you Indian residing in India? What time did you get your PPR email? I am assuming it has come from Ottawa.

Thank you viveks! +1

My stream is BCPNP and my VO is Vienna. My BG status was Not applicable up until 22nd March, even after I saw the PPR letter in my account. Then, after several hours that same day, 22nd March, it changed to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." and it still remains as such.

However, there is something different in my case in comparison to others. Since I am from a visa exempt country they did not ask me to send to Vienna VO any hard copy documents, while the only upload file slot on my account was for the new size replacement photo of only me, the PA.

I did just that two days ago and the information next to my new photo reads: "Uploaded - not submitted to IRCC". I am a little worried, first that nothing has changed and that I did not receive any confirmation since I uploaded the photo, second that it states "not submitted to IRCC" and third that they asked only for the new photo and not the pdf copy of my passport or anything from my dependents.

If anyone has any thoughts on this, please share.

Did you complete your e-signature process?

Hello does anyone know what the processing time is for PPR and passport return at London VO. I've been requested to send it through VFS.

Thanks in advance.

You will know that your COPR will be issued. You will see your application will be changed to approved. Mine was changed last Tuesday after they got the passports. And one day later I got a ghost mail.

In my case I am also visa exempt but my spouse is not. So I got also 2 additional slots there (upload passport and also upload new photo).
But they still asked for passports of the whole family to be sent to them.
If you have dependents and any of them is not visa exempt, then all of you still have to send passports to Vienna.
Recheck your letter what exactly is it requesting you to do.

Hi viveks! Thank you so very much for your comment!

Indeed I did not complete my e-signature process. However, just before I checked this thread today, I logged on my account and actually realized the same; finally saw the message on the top of the page about transmission!

I cannot believe I did not see this for full five days as I was checking My account twice a day!!! So, advice for all you PR seekers out there, keep you eyes open and mind focused at all times, follow this forum and you'll make it.

I feel like a an idiot!!!

Hi vensak! Thank you for your comments! +1

In fact, I did just as you suggest; I sent all of the documents to Vienna VO by e-mail: my dependents photos in new format, all of our passports (pdf copies), RPRF receipt and first page of the PPR letter.
