My timeline is also... similar to yours..
How did you come to know about BG1 and BG2? I can just see Background check.
Also how did you contact CIC? Any email id? or Case processing inquiry?

I kept on following on my account status every day.

Contacted to my VO through email , also i noticed you mention your VO as toronto in your signature. to my knowledge it isnt possible bcs Toronto VO doesnt deal PR cases . (I wonder if there is 1 in Toronto , i know there is 1 in ssauga but thats only for temp visa processing )

secondly, yours is PNP case which is currently the most time taking stream under process . mine is CEC for which most applicants already received PPR

Medical passed feb 8
BGC IP 1 FEB 8
BGC TO NN FEB 21
Since then nothing happened. But I received gcms notes processed feb 22 saying criminality and medical passed but eligibility and security not started.
Vo Ottawa.
Am praying for quick ppr so my wife and son can join me asap.

eAOR : December 22nd 2016
Meds Pass : February 8th 2017
BG IP (1st Time) : Feb 8th 2017
BG IP (2nd Time) : Feb 27th, 2017

Since Feb 27th no updates no ppr no add doc request, nothing. I have contacted CIC and receive the following response:

"Your file is currently under review and requires additional verifications. As a result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times.
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to determine when your application will be finalized, but our office will contact you as soon as all verifications are completed, or if any additional information or documents are required."

now you may get a clue how long would it take to PPR.

Sorry, but I don't see the problem here. You still haven't crossed the posted 6 months processing time. I have been waiting for more than 19 months since AOR!!!

How did you contact Cic? Did you use a webform? Thought they dont respond to application status related queries before 6 month normal processing time has elapsed

you can't do that
you need your ECA report number to verify your Education and this is a must

Nice. We have no VAC service in my country, so I have to wait for standard post delivery. The application is already approved, and passports might be sent today, so I estimate the arrival somewhere next week.
