Can any one from PNP - Ontario clarify the below doubt

There is no place for adding the Nomination certificate in the check list given in CIC Account of my profile

Is it mandatory to add the certificate along with the explanation letter

I could see a lot of applicants receiving the PPR mails, if you have applied under the same stream and received PPR Let me know.

My timelines

eAPR - 10-Dec-2017
Medical Passed 29-Dec-2017
No Updates after that

I was nominated from OINP. My AOR was 30-Dec-2016 and I got my PPR on 06-March-2017. As suggested by OINP WhatsApp group members most of us have uploaded our nomination certificate combining it with the LOE.

Are they taking too long for OINP nominated individuals, or it's just me? I received my AOR on Dec. 3, 2016, and my medicals got updated in the first week of Feb. 2017. My background check went from in progress to not applicable in Feb. Since then I haven't had a single update to my account. Anyone else OINP nominated (inland) with similar timeline?

Also he received the COPR directly, not the PPR.
His visa office is CPC-Ottawa

I thought that was a good thing. No, he is from India same as me. His mail specifically mentions, "As you are now in a possession of a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR), or have been notified to submit your travel documents in preparation for the issuance of a COPR, you are strongly encouraged to obtain free pre-arrival services funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)"

I guess that means COPR only.

Please what is the difference between PPR and COPR and how is each sent out to applicant (i.e email or physical mail?).

based on what I have seen so far, you should start checking your profile everyday. Normally 2nd IG status is telling you get ready to send out your passport

Guys, received the golden mail today! I just woke up and saw 1 unread mail in my inbox with title 'Ready for Visa' and my heart literally skipped a beat! I'm still reeling from the shock that I have been confirmed

No change in status or anything. Direct mail and for some reason they are mentioning it as COPR (same as my friend) but as advised by others in this forum it's PPR only. Best of luck to all the others who are still waiting! Trust me that all this pain of waiting will vanish once you see this mail!

Can any experts advise if the validity of PR Card is related to Passport validity? I mean my Passport is valid till Nov. 2019 so that means I'll get the PR Card till end of 2019 or it'll be for 5 years?

Sorry if its a dumb question because I dont anything about this at all!
