Got my secondary applicant ITA today with a CRS of 442.

If I remember correctly you guys had two profiles, one your PA and on the other SPOUSE... right?

Are you guys going though with this one as well?

Or will you leave it on standby incase your other one get's cancelled/rejected?

yes im CEC inland with LMIA positive work permit. I got my ITA just before they changed the CRS so was able to use that 600 points

Weird thing is that the email was sent to my employer's lawyer and they forwarded it to me. We used the company lawyer when they were applying for my LMIA visa but i applied for PR on my own therefore provided no information about representatives. Does it mean that the Visa office pulled out the contact information form previous file and decided on their own to email the lawyer instead of me??
the lawyer received my PPR on 4 days ago but i still dont see any email on my account.

well the application number is correct and I was expecting PPR soon so im really glad about the news but it just seems little odd....

This is really very odd and wierd as you must have mentioned a no representative for your PR case , this is a breach of Privact act agreement, you employeer's lawyer have no rights to look into your current application . Its just my own thoughts you must better check with CIC why this has been send to lawyer .
Did you receive any previous emails directly from CIC to your account ?

Congratulations on your PPR. It is really scary that the request is sent to a different email id instead of the mycic profile. Does anyone else have a similar experience of requests not coming in myCIC profile? I have not paid my RPRF upfront and am worried about missing the RPRF request if it it is not sent to myCIC.

I was having same thought. I was lucky that the lawyer forwarded the email to me but what if he wasnt using the same email address? then i would never know what was going on.
I dont think it's something that would happen often but if you have used representatives regarding Visa before, i think it's worth to check with them.

I assume that while they were running background check on me, they mistakenly mixed up contact information with my PR application and LMIA application.
I never got any notifications on mycic account or on my personal email account after my background check changed to NN-IP for the first time.
I send them request via 'RICC web form' to fix the email address but it still makes me feel little nervous.
Hopefully there won't be any complication because of this for anyone. cuz it's just stupid.

Raise a CSE if you got at least AOR and ask if you application is processed, as it was unable to be identified by notes request. It looks like something very wrong happened there.

I have seen others with December AOR getting their GCMS notes like 2 weeks ago. If there really was no movement on your application ask with CSE (it is not about to push them to work on it, it is just to make sure that no technical problems occured, that made that application invisible).

Yours looks like the trend usually observed for inland applicants. I am an Inland PNP applicant and waiting for my 2nd BG change to IP. Based on what I have noticed this is the stage right before PPR. Some get PPR a few days after 2nd BG->IP.
