Given your time frame yes, all your initial checks are probably passed by now and they are working on your background checks.

Is your BC IP?

BC is Not needed at this time

OK... so in this case I'm guessing your file has probably gone to LVO and they're are running your security and other admissibility checks.

I have a question from seniors.

I used the IRCC webform New Delhi to update changes in my profile after getting e-AOR.
After 20 days I got a reply that, my file is preset at Ottawa office, and asked me to send the details to ottawa office. and I did the same.
2 Days back, I received a mail from Ottawa office that my file is sent to Delhi office and I have to send the details to them.

Should I send my details again to new delhi, informing about both the mails.??

So, are all US based candidates processed in Ottawa? Or is he a special case?

This usually happens to inland candidates. I suppose if there is no suitable LVO for an outland candidate then perhaps that's the case too.

I got my AOR on 23rd dec 2016.
CEC Inland
Review is in progress still.

thx..
