Average time for December thread so far seems to be 48 days. ( I know sample size is too small - but the statistician bug in me is getting excited ;) )

For outland people mostly, for inland applications, things are moving way too slow.

Agree! I received my AOR on Dec. 03, 2016 and nothing has changed since then ???

Looking at the November eAOR sheet, some CEC and inland PNP applications take up to 40+ days, just to have Med passed.

I used to think that inland PNP applications would be processed fastest due to they already pass the provincial level check up. I was wrong.

Thanks for your reply moderator1983! :)

Well, I had initially uploaded black & white scans of my PCC and PCC stamp along with my e-application which I realized at a later stage and hence raised a CSE to share the colored scans of the same. The revert I received after 8 days stated that I should share the colored scans with NDVO (see the exact communication here (http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/express-entry-eapr-submitted-in-december-2016-t462995.0.html;msg5729550#msg5729550).

I raised another CSE on NDVO and uploaded the colored scans yesterday but unfortunately did not receive any automated acknowledgement of receipt of my documents. Hence, I am not sure if they have received the documents or not.

Kindly suggest if I should raise another CSE or forward the e-mail that I received from CIC (don't know exactly from which VO in Canada) to the NDVO e-mail id that you have provided along with the colored scans of my PCC. What should be the best approach?

Regards
Vidhu

Could someone kindly suggest what should I do with the current situation in hand?

I called from outside Canada so I dialed - +1 613-944-4000. If you are calling from Canada - you can dial - 1888-242-2100.

Please keep us posted with your updates if you get to speak to CIC :) All the best!

But as I see your signature - your BG is in IP. Definitely your profile is with local VO of your or any other VO who has started processing it - you are way ahead man - dont worry! :)

I just called the number and talked to the agent. My file is still in Ottawa but he told me that nothing is missing in my application. ::)

Ashwani, please keep a close watch on your BGC status and let us know when it turns to IP. Cheers!

I presume it will be safe to write to the email I gave mentioning that you are re-sending as on your previous mail you did not receive the acknowledgement from NDVo

Oh Damn! But how come your BG went to IP in that case? Did the executive mentioned that your file is getting processed as well in Ottawa coz that is what I can derive of your status change

I don't know why it changed from NN to IP. He just told me that nothing is missing in my file even if I forgot to upload my FBI PCC in my application. I raised a CSE to tell them that I was still waiting for the PCC from the FBI. I dont know how come my file is "complete" since the PCC is missing. ::)

CIC understands FBI PCC delays as they know the process is time consuming and as you said you have made it clear through a CSE as well. But the biggest surprise is how come the BG went to IP if the LVO work hasn't started as per the executive - I really hope they meant your processing has begun in Ottawa otherwise there will be absolutely no way to understand through status changes the processing of an application. All the best to you! Maybe you would get to hear something soon :)

For those whose files are in NDVO, is it safe to assume that updates can now be expected only in local standard time? I am tired of checking status updates night and early morning ;)

I'm an in land CEC with an eAOR during the holidays (24th for me). Nothing has changed and I see on the tracker all others (3 or 4 more I think) are still sitting on the starting point like us.
Like others are discussing, inland CECs are delayed a lot these days. Your case is normal, don't worry.
