You can't know for "sure" without looking at the GCMS notes.

I gather that GCMS notes are to be ordered only after 60 days from AoR. Also I think its not mandatory for all as it would give insights into case for those who thing that its been too long a wait.

In the absence of GCMS, I will stick to tracking the BG Check status now. It should move from NN to NS now and that would be a milestone date for our application.

A related question - In this PR application of ours, my spouse was the primary applicant. We had created another profile where I was the primary applicant and our CRS score is 442. Should we just leave this profile untouched for now?

90 days IMO, actually. Please note that you can apply GCMS notes anytime (even after a couple of days you submit your application) BUT you will not see any meaningful updates. Applying after 3 months might generally give you more information than applying after 60 days. This is only my opinion.

Well, you could just delete that EE profile because you already have an active PR application.

When did you do medicals?

Hi, we got the AOR on December 14th. nothing has changed yet even medical when i see that quite few people from the spreadsheet have their medical passed. We're FSW inland and our medical has been done upfront in june 2016.

anyone in the same situation ?

So could anyone has AOR on 12/13/14 Dec could confirm they had med passed? Seems all of us did not has med status updated are inland applications

This can be a possibility-

Off late FSW-O candidates applications are getting processed at a faster pace than Inland applicants.

Possibly to meet immigration targets. They want higher number of people to come into Canada to add to the immigration numbers whereas the inland application would be easier and faster to process at a later date.
