Hi musicnlyrx

Thanks for your reply!!

My Medical status is "Passed" and Review of Eligibility is in "Review in Progress" status. Can I in someway upload colored scans of PCC document now? Kindly suggest.

Thanks

To be on safe side, i would suggest you raise a CSE and send them colored scan

So far I know, they only require stamps and first page from your valid passport. Information about your visa status will come to your personal history and personal adress history. For the peace of mind, you can add that short explanation in your LOE. If they want to see your visa for India, they will ask for them later.
Do not forget, that your personal history shall match the one that you were forwarding to PNP (at least the overlapping 9+ years).

Thank you Vensak ! That was a very quick answer indeed !
One more question for the work history, how long ago do IRCC go back ? 10 years ?
For my OINP Nomination add docs, they only went back to 5 years ago.
So am wondering, since 10 years back, mean to fetch data from companies I worked with in France.

I see.
In case of Federal part you are doing following:
1. Adding all work experience that you are claiming points for (where you have reference letters and such). This can be up to 10 years old.
2. Adding into your personal history all work, study and non work history for last 10 years. Interestingly also your studium period is automaticaly uploaded there (i did not delete that part even if it was older than 10 years). For 10 years of personal history, no gaps are allowed.

Yes, as anti_maniac suggests, raise a CSE and send them a colored scan. If possible, add a simple LOE about why the mistake happened and you have attached the colored one.

At the day you were submitting your application, this was not the case, so you were stating correct information. (you cannot stop living your life just because of that application). So far I remember there is no requirement to update CIC about such personal update (visa refusal).

Thats technically correct, however, this is change in circumstances, especially if the reason for rejection is due to some... well, "not good' reasons. therefore, to be on a safe side, better to inform.

I second this ! They will anyhow come to know about rejection while doing BG Check, and if the reason of rejection is known to them before hand it will be considered positively. It is as you say change of circumstances.

Scan it in color. Even if it is just that signature is in color. That way they will have it just like original.
