No movement in my application since 21st dec, is this normal? I submitted my eAPR on 15th and medical passed on 21st. I paid RPRF upfront.

Hi i got my AOR on Dec. 13th. There is no movement at all to my file.. not even Medicals passed since then. Everything says not started and review of documents is blank...

I guess everyone medicals atleast got passed but not mine..

What should i do???

Even November AOR applicants have not all got medicals passed. so it is taking more time now a days. nothing to panic.

Medicals status changes to Passed from anywhere between 2 days to 5 weeks post submission of eAPR. Nothing to worry.

Does anyone know if IRCC are still on holidays??

are the documents initially processed at IRCC then sent to local VO after medical and passing documents?? or sent straight to local VO ..
cause that might be the reason ford delays..

Your application is first received by CIO Ottawa and initial processing is done there. Once the basic checks are done (R10/A11.2), your file moves to the Local Visa Office.

Does everyone who has got a AoR need to request a UIC?

Also, I read somewhere that for all our travels we need to get the addresses mentioned on the application.

However in our application, we mentioned the addresses where we stayed and did not mention addresses where we stayed in all our international travels (Barring the permanent resident addresses). Would this be a problem?

Its UCI (Unique Client Identifier) and No, it is not mandatory to request it. Its a good-to-have though. Some institutions providing pre-arrival sessions (think CIIP, PrepCan etc) might request you to quote it.

Not necessarily.

No IMO. For short travels, entering your permanent address back home would suffice.

This means that your initial documents completness check are done and now your file is being accessed for R10 checks.

When your background check status moves back to Not Needed, then R10 will be complete and Passed and your file will be ready for A11.2 (Eligibility) checks.
