Positive! Some movement!

How long does it take to get it?

So while editing the eAPR form, I came across this when I clicked on the question mark button:

Was given 60 days by the IRCC to submit it, planning to apply for it tomorrow and shall be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks normally

Well, yes. Although when I was submitting my eAPR everyone on this forum was saying that transcripts are not needed and only ECA etc... the instructions on the profile were to support our degrees by transcripts. If you have it, better put it, at the end of the day, the transcripts are a reflection of your degree, and the diploma is usually provided with transcripts from the school/collage/university you graduated from...

Everyone has his/her different point of view about this topic. Ultimately, each case is treated on its own and applications aren't the same, so if you have all the pieces of the puzzle and they fit together, no harm in providing them.

That is my opinion.

Medicals can take anywhere from a day to a month to update. My case there was no change in status of my medical for a month and a half.
After three weeks of getting the tests done, I reached out to the medical center. They had information from CIC for further tests but there was neither any change in status on CIC site not any mail from them. So, may be you can inquire from the medical centre, might be they are having some information.

I contacted the medical centre, they have said that my report was completed and submitted within a few days of the medical exam and they have given me a copy of my e-medical showing the date of submission to IRCC and that all the examinations have been completed. They have said that I should direct all further queries to IRCC. I take that to mean that they have not received any further communication from IRCC.

The question is, why has it taken 2 weeks for the status to change to 'review in progress'- and why hasn't it been passed straight away? What is the reason for the variation in time-scales experienced by different people at the same VO?

Hey mine is the same case. My AOR I got on December 13th but my medicals has no action. Its not yet passed..

It still shows Review in Progress under Eligibility.

I dont know what is wrong..
M worried..

They usually ask for additional documents after assessing completeness. So it is very unlikely you will be requested for additional documents more than once, but....you can never be sure!!

When did it change from not needed to review? You can try contacting your medical centre- ask them when they submitted the medical report and whether they have received any intimation for follow-up.

Did you declare any medical conditions, past or present?
