most likely they will ask you to redo medicals, mine were never extended in the first placeI don't hope for anything in 2018 to be honest.
the question is: what would they do when the medicals expire for the 2nd time? will they extend it again like they did the first time?
And I think they prefer cases with previous refusals, traffic violation and convictions. Added benefit if you have drunk misdemeanors. Tells the applicant is cool with his lifelooks like IRCC is totally cool with 2 years of procrastination
