I did the same thing that but the entire email is coming as a printout, that too, Annex A has come in two pages(half and half like that). Can you please help me how to take printout that particular Annex A form without taking entire email?

When I took print without taking entire email, it didn't print the entire Annex A (it didnt even show up in the email). For me, Annex A came in one page, I'm not sure otherwise, may be altering the settings might help.

Did you order GMCS notes ? I am thinking if I should now, not sure if ordering it would of any help other than the status update (which will be 2 weeks old by the time i get it?)

Based on the numbers, it looks like it's faster to immigrate from outside the Canada then residing within Canada I guess candidates already in Canada go through extra layers of scrutiny ?

Found a hard way to fix this issue. print the mail into a pdf file. convert pdf 2 doc using any online tool. you can then edit the doc to bring the Annex A table into one page.

Hey Guys,

My background changed to "Not Applicable" today after being "in Process" for just 2,3 days. What does that mean?
I am PNP Inland, AOR on 30th December. My medical passed the same day my background changed to IP on March 11th. I have also received an email regarding the update in my profile on March 12th. However, Today I have not received any email.
Please help me. Have you seen this types of change before?

Hi, Congratulations for your PPR. Did you recieve this RPRF request only in the Email or also in Mycic Account? Jus curious because me too waiting for RPRF . Also worried as Email updates go to my consultant and worried if he misses it. Hope it is displayed in MYcic as i can acess that daily.

As mentioned, I got a mail in my e-mail account (Gmail) that I had a new message waiting for me in myCIC. the myCIC account had a PDF of the actual message.

I think that if missing the e-mail updates is a concern, you should definitely make it a point to check manually because honestly, your consultant seems to have a poorly set up system unless he/she has set up individual accounts for individual cases (highly inefficient). I say this because the standard message notification you get looks like this:

E-mail Notification
This message is intended for the following e-mail address: <EMAIL ADDRESS>.
If this message does not concern you, discard it.

You have a new message(s) in your account.
To view your message, sign in to your account.

If I was managing multiple applications through a single email address, I would then have to manually check all of them to figure out which one actually received a message,each and every single time I got a message as vague as the above quoted one from the CIC. It's honestly hilarious (but understandable from a security point of view) - a message, to tell you that you have a message.

You should probably check with your consultant about having the e-mail notifications come to you and having them set up a weekly scheduled "check in" with the account to make sure he/she is not missing anything because imho it seems horribly inefficient for them to have full control to your application. They should have the ability to monitor the status and log in, but you should still have the ability to recover the account in case of any issue (consultant leaves and they haven't done a proper KT, etc.)

So Ive been doing some research triggered by a link in another thread, and it would appear my RPRF request came from the Ottawa VO instead of my local Visa Office.

Can other experienced members advise on whether they actually continue processing outland applications all the way to completion at the Ottawa VO or whether I can expect my application to be transferred to the NDVO for further processing? Like, how does it work from here on out?

Just trying to gauge timelines so I can budget for tickets, leave/resignation, stay, etc.

It would be very interesting if it did, to be honest - I wonder if my initial document request (On December 28th) influenced the decision that it should stay in Ottawa rather than get transferred.

Thanks for the reply. I do have access to MYCIC account and I do check it every alternate day , Just the concern was if it does not show up in mycic and only in the email. However, I have mailed the consultant yesterday that some requests do come only to the email id and please update me if you recive any specific message addressed to me.

I checked on whatsapp group and am scared now as apparently we shouldnt have multiple profiles. Our cases are slightly different though.
