Express entry draws august

hi there , I applied for my PR in may 2019 under Canadian experience class under express entry system in ontario. My overall score is 459 .July 24th draw had cut off of 459 but still I didn't get any invitation and now draw didn't happen today .So I guess score will go up in next draw .My work permit expires on November 23rd.
Now I don't know if cut off score will ever get to 458 or 459 or not .but what are my options here to extend my permit if I don't have the invitation ?

You would need a job offer and approved LMIA from your employer to extend your work permit.

You may also try to retake IELTS OR CELPIP and add few points. I think 5 more points would be enough till November to get an ITA.

I scored 7.5 already in IELTS
L 9 S 7.5 R 7.5 and W 6 .Issue is I have only 1 year of experience and no other experience .In march 2020 I will finish 2 years but for that I need 4 more months on work permit
