When should I see my CRS points for Express Entry calculated, is it before or after e-signature and submission? I have filled out my Express Entry profile but I do not see my CRS points.

Thank you

I have done my masters in India but WES evaluated it as post graduate diploma(one year), which option should I select when am creating my profile in Education level(Canadian Equivalent), as their is no option which says one year PG Diploma.
In case if I choose one year programme at a university, college, trade or financial school or other institute am loosing 7 points

Thanks

You only see your CRS points after you do e signature and submit

It might sound retarded.. but spare me I am new in this...is it mandatory to do CRS score calculation before filling out your application?

It’s not mandatory, people usually check their scores to just make sure if they attained required points, but when u create a profile in CIC.gc.ca for Express entry it shows ur score by default

Also, you will get to know and prepare (including strategise) if you need to improve your CRS score and under which section.
CRS will usually come after submission or else you can calculate the same at the IRCC website below:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

If nothing changes while you submit your EE profile then the score should mirror the above score.

All the best on your journey Up North!
