We both are in a common -law relationship and from India. We have Rental Agreement from 2017 they are notarized and other documents aswell.
1)Rental Agreement with both our names but the problem is 2017 Rental Agreement was made on March 2017 and 2018 was made on 17-Dec-2018 and For 2019 on May -10-2019(Whenever Income Tax filing comes that time we used to do) Will that cause any problem?
2)We have Joint Account from 2017.
3)Credit Card with my partner as an Add -on.
4)National ID Card having the same address for both of us
5)Letter from HR which shows same Residential Address for both of us.
6)Efiling Returns from 2017 having same address
7)Utility Bills (TV in my name Internet and Gas in partner's name)
8)Call History
9)Both of our Salary account has the same address
10)Letter of cohabitation from Landlord
11)Letter of support from Parents and Friends
12)Bank Statement from 2017 showing Financial Dependency (Each month we have transactions from mine to his and his to mine)
13)Photos
14)Appliance purchase invoice from 2017 with his and my name (TV and Refrigerator - his name washing machine and Air Cooler mine)
15)Travel Bookings from 2017 for both of and the Travel Insurance for the same.
16)Letters to both of us with the same address
Will this suffice to get convince that we are living together for 3 years. Or do we need to get anything else. Please advice and help us.
