It is accumulative, so if they are under NOC 0, A or B for both jobs, can get the letter from your employer, show that it was legal, paid taxes and have other evidence of work (payroll, etc), then you are fine.

I forgot to file my taxes for this year cause I just moved to Alberta last August ! Would that be a problem ? I'm going to file them this month

Do so as soon as you can. You live in Canada, you know how important it is to file taxes. Besides for both ITA and my PNP they asked for my taxes.

Ok I will .thanks . how long does it take to get an ita ?
That's a difficult question to answer. It depends on your Express Entry points. There is a sticky note on top of the forum that gives you a lot of useful information regarding Express Entry. You may also want to explore PNP Alberta (which is closed atm) and prepare your documents for that stream as well. In any case, best of luck!
