Express Entry application from Canada

Hi guys,

I am a resident of Inda. Currently I am in Canada on an ICT work permit and have visa for 3 years .I am planning to apply for express entry soon. Me and my wife have already got our ielts score.
My wife's ielts score is better than mine . So she is going to be the primary applicant. She has a total of 1 year experience . She quit her job this year before we both moved to Canada.
Even with her only having one year of experience our CRS score is more than 436.
She has done her Masters in Hospital Administration and Bachelors in Dental surgery.
The problem is her NOC matches with a MBA degree. She was working with PWC INDIA as management Consultant. Though her domain was healthcare and realted to hospitals but jobs and responsibilities are what has been mentioned in NOC 1122 Professional occupations in business management consulting .This NOC has Masters or Bachelors in Business Administration as an employment requirement . She will be able to get roles and responsibilities like what is mentioned for 1122 from her Company.
Would it be a problem as she has a degree in MHA (Masters in Hospital Administration) not MBA?
I tried searching NOC code for someone who has done MHA but it does not match anything related to here roles and responsibilities in PWC.

I have three option
1.Apply for express entry with my wife being primary applicant
2.I again give IELTS exam , score better and become primary applicant
3. Wait for 1 year to get work experience in Canada and then apply.

Please guide me here .

CEC is much better than FSW. Your spouse would go under FSW and you would need to show proof of funds which would total almost up to $20K. You could wait for 1 year and go on CEC and no proof of funds required. Anyways with the new Bill C6 your current one year is taken into account towards citizenship. It's up to you.

thanks for your reply sky_limit. 20k is actually on a higher side . I would prefer to manage things and apply for PR soon rather than wait for one year .
But I want to make sure my application does not get rejected.

If you read the requirements of the FSW or CEC program you would notice that you do not have to meet the employment requirements of the NOC chosen.

thanks DelPiero07 for your reply. So do you mean to say roles and responsibilities mentioned in the letterhead is everything that I need?
My wife's company has already provided roles and responsibilities in the letterhead and it matches exactly with 1122 Professional occupations in business management consulting.

I have one more query. I don't think so that I will be able to show 15k dollars as of now. In case I become the primary applicant , I will not have to show funds? I am currently working in Canada on a work permit .I have only been working here for the past 2 months.
