Just a small update:
My ECAS is still in Application Received status but my Boss just told me that he got a call a few days back from CIC and they asked a few questions about me and they also asked for a bunch of other things.

Thanks for the update buddy. This proves my point, CIC does contact your employer and I don't see any harm in that if we have claimed points for employment.
Hope you see the PPR shortly.

While rashu268 pours themselves a glass of well deserved bubbly, here's their timeline dug out from the by lanes.

I am doing the same , I already had a ITA in march , was worried that I cant have two application at the same time and withdrew it. But since I have learned that we can have two application under different stream. We can even ask for a refund of the amount paid when we withdraw a application before the it changes in "In process" state.

I am guessing the express entry route will be faster and easy to track than the snail paced PNP paper application !

Hey KingOfGoodTimes

Is there any source/link that says the we will get the refund if we withdraw a application before the it changes in "In process" state.I just got my AOR for PNP PR and i believe it will take another 2-3 months go to In process stage...so if i withdraw before that, will I get the full refund?

Hello everyone,

I'm hoping I am close to get the ppr sometime soon, I have submitted the Schedule A and today my BG check changed to In Progress.

My timeline:

Applied under CEC: March 23
AOR: March 31
Request IELTS results: March 31
Mediacal Passed: Around June 06
Request Schedule A: June 06
BG check In Progress: July 07

I've been following the forum for a while. Thanks for your help and good luck!
Cheers from BC!

Anyone knows at what stage they will request the Right of Permanent Resident fee? We submitted partial fee and now wondering of it may get delayed due to this. Is there a way we can pay or will just have to wait for them to ask for $490 fee?

My wife's Timeline,
Submitted EE-FSW PR application June 2nd
Received CELPIP Doc request June 17th
Submitted CELPIP Same Day
Medicals Passed June 24th

Waiting Since then.. :'( :'(
