I don't think so.why did you say so? There are different VO assessing and processing applications. There are still February applicants waiting for final decision and don't assume they're going to be rejected! That's just a stupid comment without any basis!
Agreed! I am with you.

I'm just wanted to know, cause your application takes more than 2 mos, before they have decision.

Hi,

I have received ITA on 27th March, I am still processing my documents and hoping to get them by May 26th so that i can finish my application. A couple of quick questions:

1. I am facing challenges in getting PCC from Indian consulate in US. I have sent my application, but they haven't sent me any receipt of sorts. How do I prove to CIC that I have applied for PCC and it should be sent to me in the next few weeks?

2. When I first started the application, for payment options, I selected only the "Application Fee", but not the "Right to PR fee" to be paid at the time of application. I didn't think much about it, but now it seems paying PR fee right now will speed up the process. HOWEVER, the option in the application cannot be changed now! Does anyone know how to do that?

Would appreciate any info you can provide! Thanks!

For PCC not received yet, you can submit the courier/postal receipt which was addressed to Indian Consulate along with a letter of explanation for not submitting your PCC in time.
And for your second query I am not sure but may be you will get an option while submitting your documents.
All the best.

I also received the cancellation message for no ECA on April 24.

I had already uploaded IELT and ECA in letter of explanation(Feb 14). When I uploaded my docus I checked more than 5 times.

Since I sbmitted all documents on Feb 14 and submitted medical result on Feb 11, my process has never changed.

And then CIC sent cancellation message on April 24.

But I can still now see the file name which I uploaded ECA.

But CIC cancelled my application because there was not proof of education. damn it.

Why didn't CIC request a additional document?
When I created my appliction before ITA, I had entered WES#, issue date.

By the way, cancel?

This is my time line until April 23.

CEC
MY CIC
ITA: Jan 31
medical submit: Feb 11
AOR: Feb 14
Eligibility: in process(Feb 14)
Background:in process(Feb 14)
medical: not received

ECAS

just one line

We received your application on Jan 8

Therefore, I am sure that CIC didn't review my eligibility and background on Feb 14.

I have never thought the canncellation.

I have no energy any more.

I just share my situation.

Today, I cannot find my status in my ECAS .

I already applied for specific inquire. But I have no idea.

CIC call center never knows for EE.

I wish you don't receive the message.

I just wrote to share my situation.

good luck guys!

Hay have you had any profiles in my CIC which was ineligible before this current profile
i have doubt that they might have piked information from some of your previous file...

Thanks man! I will see if I can send the USPS receipt. I do have an old PCC (about 6-8 month old) which I had created during FSW2014 application. I'll attach that as well, that should beef it up.

I don't see the reason why you will not be a PR of Canada. Just have patience and things will come positive.
