Don't have exact answer to your questions but it seems like they don't do things in the list's order. Background check can be in progress in while other things are 'not needed at this time'.

I know its about AOR, but you guys are done with your form so hopefully someone can tell me whats going on. I have only my address history to fill out, but doesnt matter if I start with the oldest address or the present one it wont save my information. Anyone had issues with it? I dont know if Im doing something wrong or its the section. So let say, that I live at 202-1818 1000 st Devon Alberta. Then apt number 202, house number 1818 and street name1 1000 st, street name2 blank, city Devon, gives you province option Alberta and country Canada, right? And I started with my oldest address if I start with the most recent one for the next adrress it doesnt give me the "to" option. Some of the countries Ive lived doesnt have district or region so I left those blank could be that a problem?
