Jut got an email from cic saying my application was refused...when i apply i had a valid work permit based on a lmo...but in jan 25 my wp got expired...on 31 i got invited...i called cic to check if it was ok to submit the application since i was on a implied status...that agent said that its fine....now i got the refusal saying that i didnt have an lmo the time i submit my application...well what to do...now im just gonna continue with my pnp application....dont wanna waste more money creating a new profile....anyhow all the best to all of you.

When you ever first time saw your ECAS Status is it In process and status changed to Application Received and after few days again it to In process? ....

Is it this way it worked for you?

For me when I first saw ECAS it was In-Process. Then after a few days it changed to Application Received. It is still Application received.

Well in your case I wont blame CIC for refusal as at the time of ITA you no longer had an lmia approved job. So, 600 points should have been deducted. Anyways, best of luck on your pnp attempt. Are you staying in Canada or leaving.

call centre agents hace freaking clue what exactly express entry is
i told an agent i had cec file under ee and she said processing time is 13 months

i know they r stupid....and now i dont know if i should apply again...i need to get ecas to have some chance to get invited again...but i heard its taking 3 months...so i really dont know if i continue with my old application ou get an ecas..that then will give me 475 points and apply again...

Sorry to hear the bad news bro. I think there's nothing that you can do to change the desicion made but you can re apply again. I dont trust CIC call center agents as they have different answers to queries and someimes theyre misleading.Don't give up!

Its been days only with rejections..no new requests of PPR or approvals ...wondering what is going on in CIC ?
