CEF é dose... rs!

If you can't get a letter then your other option is to get 6 months of Bank Statements (with savings) that show you have had LICO for at least 6 months. Explain any large transaction that went into your account. Goes without saying but get all documents translated by official sworn translator.

Congrats for the ITA buddy! My wife had the same problem with Caixa Economica, they told us they couldn't prepare the letter according to our specifications, bla bla bla but then after pushing the account manager several times he agreed to provide the letter, as long as we provided a template. We sent the template in English but then they wouldn't issue any document in English. We ended up getting the letter in Portuguese and translating into English.

Talk to your account manager again and explain the situation, I am sure s/he will agree to issue the letter if you send him/her the template.

Hi guys, I'm in the pool under CEC with 437 points.

I have a question about our Brazilian police clearance. Can we simply submit the one from Policia Federal's website? Or do we have to go to the embassy and perhaps notarize it?

Thanks

Go with the Policia Federal's website. This one is enough. Don't forget to translate it and also submit the original version.

Legal achar um grupo so de Brasileiros. FInalmente recebi a confirmação dos meus exames, a última coisa que estava faltando, vou submeter o e-apr agora mesmo.

Boa sorte a todos.

Hey guys.. I have one question regarding the Work History:
"You must provide proof of work experience for your current job and for each past position you listed. Proof must include a reference letter from your employer and pay stubs, if you have them. "

I do have letters from all companies; however, I'm not sure I still have all the pay stubs nor am I sure if I should have someone translate them and how many of them. How did you guys handle yours? Did you just send the letter or did you get a few or maybe the end of year IR letter translated?

Thanks!

I ended up submitting one payslip just because the company I worked for almost 3 years closed down in 2014. For all the others I submitted letters only. I did translate the payslip though

Best of luck buddy!

So, just to be clear - you only submitted the payslip for the company you didn't have a letter for?

It seems to be optional when reading the text so I'm leaning towars not submitting it, but...

I had a letter from my manager at the time, but since the company closed down a few years ago I couldn't provide the document in letterhead and stamped as they requested. I provided the payslip in order to support this specific work experience.
