Medicals were passed on April 6th.
Background check went in progress on the day I got my PPR - so, they changed my BG check to "In Progress" November 30th.

Valeu! :)

G126, my AOR was on November 24th, and my file was sent to Sao Paulo during december, don't remember exactly the date (about 30 days).

Wish you the best of luck.

SkyWalker_RT you should bring 20 Kgs of Mate to NS! I heard the province will have a great increase of Gauchos in 2017, more than any other province in Canada ;D ;D ;D

Congrats! You're getting there, slowly but surely! I finally got my situation with OINP resolved and points got transferred to my new EE profile, so I got my ITA on this last round of invitations (jan 11th)! I can't wait to submitt my application and move on to the next fase.

Hurray! Congratulations... if you do it quickly you can join our Jan AOR group :D

Hi everybody,

For those who are already in Canada, I have a question. I have to submit a Police Record from Policia Federal. I know that document needs to be translated to english, but do I need to authenticate that or just the translation is enough?

Cheers.

Unfortunately, I'm not a fan myself and won't be joining the "chimarrão round", but my wife and son will certainly do it in my place! ;D

Mine was just sworn translated. Yesterday, I got the confirmation that everything I've done was valid... :D

Every single document that is not originally in English needs to be sworn translated (in your words, authenticated).

Do not try to translate anything by yourself.

Look for a certified translator in your are... He will be able to certify the translations are from a true original document and he will copy the original document and stamp the copy (certifying it).

Hi guys,
MR
I am a PNP - Saskatchewan applicant - OID.

I received my AOR on October 30, 2016. Now I am waiting for Medical Request.

I have a doubt after my MR. I know that there are about more 6 months for receive PPR. In my researches I will receive my MR on May. If I make my Medical on May 2017, I and my family need land until May 2018? Medical validity is one year ?

I and my family need make inland process? In this case , can I entered with my family and stay for 90 days until received all PR cards and my wife and sons returned to Brazil and just after some months the whole family immigrate definetly?

I appreciate seniors that already make landing process for tips.

Thanks
Robson
