hey everybody

We received ITA two weeks ago and we are almost finished gathering all the documents. The only problem is that we have accounts with 3 different banks and there is no way we can create a PDF file under 4MB for upload. The problem is the 6-months-bank-statements, they take too much space!

Any ideas?

Thanks! :)

@nonnemacher: Try using https://smallpdf.com. Depending on the size of your file, it can help.

Well, my fellow Brazilians and future Canadians, looks like I'm one of the next victims of our dear SPVO. Just got nominated by Nova Scotia!

I hope all those delays have something to do with the increasing number of study permits that they're probably having to deal lately. Hopefully, the situation shall normalize now, as classes have already started.

I got SINP EE nomination last month! :D That's great news, and I have until Oct 21 to either accept or reject my nomination. I didn't decide it yet. However, I already have CRS 475, with a (low) possibility of getting ITA next Wednesday (my only chance before that deadline). If I don't get an ITA next Wednesday, there are only two options left:

- To accept SK nomination, getting 600 points on the following draw and settling down in the province (with less chances of employment for my husband, who works with Digital Marketing / Journalism here in Brazil);
- To reject SK nomination and wait for ITA with my 475 points. In this case, we would aim at higher employment possibilities (mostly) for my husband in B.C. or Ontario. But it is too risky, given that upcoming changes in EE may put FSW in disadvantage (with CEC people earning extra points for Canadian education). We could lose it all.

What would you do? :o
Does anybody know if there is a way to request extra time to accept/reject nomination from SK?

Thanks everybody!

Boa sorte!

was anybody able to contact Sao Paulo VO sucessfully?

Did anyone here send multiple passports to the Sao Paulo consulate (spouse, kids)?

I am curious if the cvac provide one single tracking number for all passports or if they provide one for each passport.

Same here. No one answers, either by phone or email. As I've said before, it's like a fortress. It's so hard to communicate with them.
