Great guys. Let us know if you get a reply from SPVO.

I will wait until Wednesday to contact them. Almost reaching 7 months.

I know that lbrambilla and I were asked for further documents related to our work experience, so that's probably the reason for the delay. But what about the rest of you? Did SPVO also ask for new documents from you?

No documents were asked from me.

Got their answer minutes ago. Just that standard message saying my file is being processed.
I was just asked to fill that Schedule 4, but it was back in March when my file was in Ottawa according to my GCMS notes.

So probably (and sadly) that answer is exactly that: an automatic reply.
I wonder if there is any number we could call but SPVO is like a fortress. It's so hard to get in touch with them.

I was trying to find a pattern for the delays but it doesn't seem to have one, as long as some of you weren't asked for any document during the process.

Yes. It seems to be a black box. There is a phone number and I tried calling them several weeks ago. No success, though. After 20 minutes waiting, I dropped it. According to their website (http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/brazil-bresil/offices-bureaux/services_sao.aspx?lang=por) the number is 11 5509-4321. There is a number for Visas and Immigration, but it doesn't seem to work.

We have a problem once the countdown to landing already started, if we are approved for PR.

Thanks for sharing the number. But apparently their "customer service" didn't improve much since I needed to contact them in 2011 for a different matter. I've tried to contact anyone from São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro consulates, and even the Canadian embassy in Brasilia. After three months, I finally got a response, by email, from the embassy. But never heard anything from São Paulo.

Anyway, I might give it a shot and call this number on Wednesday. I will let you guys know if I hear anything.

One more day waiting...
Any news?

Well. Still waiting here as well.

I will call them next week.

Anyone is a PNP?

hey everybody

We received ITA two weeks ago and we are almost finished gathering all the documents. The only problem is that we have accounts with 3 different banks and there is no way we can create a PDF file under 4MB for upload. The problem is the 6-months-bank-statements, they take too much space!

Any ideas?

Thanks! :)

I am an Ontario PNP (outside of Canada) and today I completed 6 months. Accordingly to GCMS no movement since June 8th when my file was transferred to SPVO.....

Let's organize the waiting line.
