Express Entry Applicaiton REFUSED due to incomplete POLICE Clearnace**HELP!

I have got pcc from canada for india and i have filed my express entry. Indian pcc is january 2016 but i havent gone back to india till now.
My question is i have filed my express entry already and in this process i am planning to go back to india for 3 months or so.. do i have to get pcc from india again? Or the file is sent so its ok
