Hi, I would suggest not. I think IRCC is making these draws high so that they can reduce their Economic Applicants and increase the refugees in the 'Total Canadian Immigration Quota' for the year Ended 31 December 2016.

I hope I'm wrong but for the near future the draws may be at cutoff of CRS +/-500 and applicant intake may be at +/- 800 Applicants.

Seriously hope I'm wrong.
