I think an individual will get invitation if and only if he/she has a job offer or provincial nomination...

Consultants will earn a lot of money for arranging job offers...

I am a diploma Holder in CSE will an experience in data entry job sufficient for me or anything like java or C++ programming experience is required?

people with job offers or PNP will definitely earn enough points to be ranked higher and consequently invited to apply but what you are saying may not be true. canada requires lot of skilled people. if what you are saying is to be true then they will get less people as not everybody will have job offers or PNP. i beleive ultimately the goal/motive of the new system is to send ITA to only those people who can add value to the canadian economy in a much better way and not first cum first serve basis as was earlier case

still fingers crossed. the draws will tell how are the CRS is being implemented.

What will express entry mean for those employed currently in a skilled job in Canada but the job does not have a LMIA?

Since these people would have canadian work experience, they will have more points than anyone applying from outside Canada. So they would score higher points than outside applicants, and thus have a better chance of getting invitations.

Any confirmation or wirtten proof on CIC website , if we need ECA done to get point for spouse education.

AFAIK we did not use to do this for FSWP 2014 applications.

This seems to be a confusion currently , please advise friends.

Yes.. as per the CIC gazette published, for both principle applicant and spouse ECA is mandatory.

Can you please share the link where this is mentioned. It will be helpful.

Thanks.

It seems if you don't have a valid job offer with a LMIA then you have to go through the job bank process which doesn't make much sense though as I am already working.
