Can u plz advise if all the educational certificates can be sent to WES in one package via courier? Means one package containing two main envelop one for my certificates and other for my spouse? In each of envelop two sealed envelop one from Board of intermediate and secondary education and other from HEC? Or do we need to courier two packages one for me and one for him or 4 packages 2 from HEC and 2 from board? Is the transcript request form mandatory? My bachelors and masters degree are attested but not mark sheet by HEC. Do I nerd to attest them as well first before asking for copies which need to be sent to WES?
