They do the draw and they the ministerial announcement comes out 2 hrs later approx

This update message comes up from time to time. It just means someone in CIC accessed your file, doesn't mean it's actually being changed. But it's good to check on mycic if you get this.

I got this message one day after I created my EE profile. This is most likely to indicate that your EE profile is created or you are iN EE pool

That sounds promising!maybe you didn't click the "check status" your EE profile blue table thing?
