And usually they select specific NOCs like healthcare. PEI has such a small population & select certain NOCs.For that program, as of now you also have to demonstrate a minimum of six months of residency in the province at the time you apply. They are keeping that rule in place through to the end of 2023 at least. Not sure about next year. So you would need to make the move pretty soon to have time to meet that six month requirement (assuming they carry it over into next year) and apply and be accepted before your PGWP runs out. So it's an option, you would just need to make that move soon.
OP all you are doing is looking at eligibility requirements but that doesn’t guarantee PR. Need to look at the NOCs the provinces are selecting. You need a full time job ASAP & employer willing to support your nomination. Some employers will not. Employers must be eligible too. Read the NB guide for employers & employees.
