Hey guys,

I need some help with my expiring COPR. I got my COPR since July 2021 and still waiting for my PR card. However, my COPR just got expired yesterday. I wonder if I can still use the COPR to apply for PRTD once I leave the country? If not, who am I going to contact to see what is going on with the COPR or the PR card? I tried to find the information on cic.gc website but no luck finding the answer.

Thank you for your time everyone!

The COPR 'expires' in the sense that it can only be used to enter Canada as a PR up to that date. Once you've landed, you are a PR and the COPR is a document showing you landed as of that date (ie one type of evidence you are a PR).

Yes, you can use it to apply for PRTD.
