I totally agree with Eowyn.

Talk about a waste of manpower, resources and not to mention your hard earned money, over something that can be quite confusing.

They should do the right thing and just issue you a new CoPR...even if they have to charge you a nominal fee!

Yes, before you apply again, try to email them about that confusion.
I will kill myself if happened to me. It`s just small mistake.

Hi Everyone,

So we got word back from our visa office and we have to start from scratch as we expected :-(

I am just wondering about the Québec side of it. My partner's CQS is still valid until 2016. Does anyone know if I will have to reapply for the Québec undertaking or is that still ok ?
