Dear all
Hope you are doing fine and well.
I am writing to you from Saudi Arabia because I need a legal assistance for my case.
I and my family have been in Waterloo, Ontario on the summer of 2010, then we became a Canadian permanent residents since 24/7/2010. Unfortunately it is expired now and we did not comply with the residency obligations in Canada.
After we became a permanent residents, we traveled back to Saudi Arabia from Canada, where I am working as an assistant professor at a university. During these years, I couldn’t leave my work place in Saudi Arabia as I was obligated to finish it. In addition. I didn’t know that we had the right to return back home to Canada after the expiry of our Permanent resident cards.
I think that we can travel to the US and cross the landing boarder to Canada, and I have a US visa but I will need to apply for a US visa for my family.
The main issue here is that my youngest child doesn’t have a PR card, neither a confirmation of landing, as he was born in Saudi Arabia after we traveled back to Saudi Arabia from Canada. He would be completing 5 years and 4 months at the end of next August (planned travel date).
Would the US and Canada crossing boarder allow him to leave USA and enter Canada.
In addition, all my children are accompanying their mother's passport (The bearer of the passport).
We badly need to return to our home Canada, because I know it is for the for the best interest for my children and for myself and for my wife also.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
