Hi my situation is a little bit peculiar, I have received Noi from pnp on July 20, 2023. The ielts on the application has expired on july 18, 2023 (my score here was 459). But I have another valid ielts (my score here is 462), which I did not update on the application. Do I have any chance to apply through the NOI
