Hello All,

I have following this forum for many years now and it is just now that I realize the need to create account and post something. I am from Pakistan and have been admitted in Waterloo. My enrollment can only be finalized if I submit my study permit.

All the documentation regarding the visa has been completed and my agent is advising me to apply for visa in last week of May so I can maintain my bank statement. I had PKR 8 lacs in my personal bank account and another transaction of PKR 4 lacs was done last week. My father who had 15 lacs in his personal bank account in December now has PKR 5 lacs. He is going to arrange PKR 12 lacs which he will deposit in his account gradually. If I submit bank statement of last 6 months it will show the required amount (total tuition fee + living expense of 1 year + travel expense = approx. CAD 27K) was arranged only last month.

He has also taken loan of worth PKR 10 lacs from his office, we have shares of worth PKR 10 lacs, the house where I live is worth PKR 70 lacs, and have a small car.

Do you think I have met the requirement of financial funds? Or any advice you experts have for me?

Another thing what should be the length of the SOP which I am required to submit?

I know this is a lot to read, Awaiting advises.

I can only pay fees if i complete my enrollment. Having study permit is the first requirement to pay fees. GIC is not available for Pakistani students.
