If you pay 1 year fees + GIC than embassy doesn't even check that where the money comes from. So don't worry about showing stuff and better pay from Joint account of your brother and you. Make a saving account,make it joint than wire money from your main account to joint account that's all.

After registering courses, did you see outstanding amount? In KPU, I registered for courses than it shows outstanding balance so later I paid 1yr fees.

You must wait 1 week after the wire transfer so it will display in your account summary on CP.
