i would say he doesnt have too much exp were his grads good in final year? 10k is okish but more the better....also which country ru applying from? how is ur profile? i think he should be ok but keep in mind spouse visas r a bit difficult ..u can also just apply for TRV and write a nice SOP for him and when u go to canada then apply for work permit.....thats the call u have to make depending on ur situation

Nope his grads aren't good enough though..he only got a Second class pass in his bachelors. Wheareas mine is quite good- I'm an Anna University gold medalist (91%) and even have consistently high grades with 92%each in my higher secondary and X. Therefore, banking upon my academic standing to prove to be a bonafide student and that I am really genuine enough to cpmplete my Masters degree whilst I would also like to settle down in Canada with him.

So Mead, yea I have been through this link some weeks ago. It is a brilliant piece of information for pp lik us :) Thanks... so do you mean to say the funds what we have is enough but yet the more we show the more the chances are for him?!

oh yea.. i'm afraid i did ::)

yes more is better and applying for his work permit will make application a little weak as his profile is weak....u should bank on ur profile and him just going along and also try to arrange for as much funds and ties to home as possible.....the link gives min requirements more is always better......

yes you are right. I concur..we'd apply for TRV w/o OWP to play safe . We can go for the WP once he is in the country. Sure, we would add more documents to support our case. I would like to get in touch with you in case I have any issues/Q's along the way. Hope I am not bothering..
I am currently doing al ma paperworks and processin through a consultant out here who is kind of misleading and expecting only our money but their services suck like anyother consultant in town! That's why thought I would get to ask you for help as you have been through it sccessfully.

Yes they're best known for it... and thanks for being so kind and generous :) It should be fine as I'd wait for your replies just in case it takes time for you to come on here.

I applied for a SP for myself and an OWP for my wife (together) in early July. I'm going to study Master's and my wife has degree as Chemical Engineer, which is one of the jobs Canada lists as "required". Does that help our application or should she rather have applied only for TRV?
