Dear all

in Additional Family Information Form (IMM 5406)
My Father was Deceased while in relation with my mom, Mom is alive. My mom's marital status is Widowed now. But whats my Dad's Marital status now? What to write on the space provided for his Present Address? Graveyard?

Moreover, I am using Acrobat Writer to fill up the forms, If I need Additional pages, Should I start filling up the original form and if the I need additional space, then continue to another additional page?

Please fill "N/A" for father's Maritial status and Address.

Yes if you need more pages, please use additional page, On each page write the Form Name, Your Name and Item Number that you are using the additional page for

For your Fathers Marital Status you must write "deceased" and in the current address section write, N/A

My Mother is deceased and my wifes father is deceased. Our forms were accepted after being filled out this way.
When a person is deceased they are no longer considered to be legally married. So do not write married in Fathers Marital Status.

YES, I think somewhere in the accompanying instructions, it does say to continue on an additional page as well.(sorry can't really remember now - not @ home-)

How to write deceased or not applicable, as it is a dropdown and you must select the items from the given list, which only shows
Annulled marriage
Common-law
Divorced
Legally separated
Married
Single
Unknown
Widowed.
