experiencing issues with exp entry profile: (post ITA forms)

need urgent help guys..

i m filling post ita forms. i am unable to add my travel document details as the grid is not available.
Same is the case being with family members details.

It throws an error, grid is not initialized.

Has anyone else faced this problem. Please help !!

Make sure your internet connection is not breaking and try clearing caches, logout and login again .Make sure you save the data once everything is filled.
